Applebees has good food, good menu, and fairly good prices. I have eaten many times at different Applebees, but one night I happened to pick out an Applebees in Brighton, MA and ordered baked haddock. What the poor waitress brought to me was a dry looking fillet of Tilapia which indeed tasted like frozen Tilapia and had the unmistakeable appearance of a flat fish.
