I pay my Capital One bill online. I always pay on time. I haven't worked in over a year, so regretfully, I pay the minimum. I don't enter an amount, I just click "pay minimum". Today I got a notice in the mail stating I was a month behind, so I called. I was told 2 months ago I paid $15 when I owed $16. I was charged a $39 fee, which happened again the next month even though I paid what was posted as the minimum! I called and said I paid what their website said I owed.
