My account was charged not only the special rate of $16.96 but then $71.50. And when I called in it was 3 days past my 30 days and they said nothing they can do. I asked for a corporate address as I was planning on having my corporate attorney send a register notice to them, and they don't have one - only a PO BOX?!?!?!??!? I asked to speak to a supervisor who basically said he didn't want an argument and hung up on me - after I was on hold for 30 minutes.
