I purchased a jeep patriot 2 years ago. the car was brand new. last month my car's clutch broke down. The towing truck (provided by Chrysler) took 4 hours to pick my truck up, and take it to the closest dealer. My jeep was taken to Teterboro Jeep, at rt 46, in little ferry nj, and the service was horrible. That dealer didn't provide me with a courtesy car ( for transportation )and I had to wait for a week, for me for my car, to be repaired.
