This company is the worst. They contacted our dental office and spoke to a clerk about including the dentist's name and number in their yellow pages. After one year we canceled but they said it was automatically renewed, based upon the fine print in the 12 pages of forms they sent over after the fact. Also, they claimed it was too late because the book had already "gone to print"! We did not pay, claiming they could not automatically renew without the Dr's consent or knowledge.
