I was sold 2 rings and a pair of earings at the airport branch, the jewellery was in a 70% off sale, it was all in a locked cabinet and when I asked to try them on the assistant was helpfull, I said that it was our anniversary and I was looking for some diamonds. The assistant helped me by telling me the size, cut and color of the diamonds, I said that I would need to get them insured so could she write down the Carats for me which she did.
