I had recharged my mobile with 10 Rs and I got 7 Rs talktime on 4 th Aug. Before I ringed customercare and asked whether any servise is activated or not. He answred no to me. After some days my balance became 0.16 Rs. Then I complained CUSTOMER CARE but he refused to say me about it.I request that AIRTEL being very good telecommunication co. will refund my recharge and GOOD CUSTOMER CARE response. read full review »
