We are facing problems with our Whirlpool purafresh R.O. Water Purifier purchased on 17.10.2008 Since June onwards we have complained thrice and the service engineer has repaired the same 3-4 times till date. The reasons given by the engineer were cartridge to be replaced, vacuum created etc. Inspite of the repeated repairs the problem with the purifier still exists.
