Hi, Myself Manoj Bhattad, customer of HDFC Bank. I encountered a bug in online complaint through Grievance-Redressal Customer Centre of HDFC Bank. It doesn't accept the complaint even though all the fields are inserted correctly. It prompted error that Check Complaint/Feedback Query. This option is selected from combo-box drop-down. Now tell me, option that selected from available choices; how its going to be wrong.
