Dear Sir/Madam I have Maruti Alto std which is insured by national insurance company ltd.As i don't have any office of NIC in my city roorkee i went to authorized dealer of Maruti, Shakumbari Auto mobiles which has insured my car as well.I wanted to claim my insurance.As in an accident on 28 Aug 2009 at Nanital road my car's silencer was damaged and some other parts too but the head of accidental department of Shakumbari Automobiles Mr.Deepak Rathi has just denied and said that you cant claim it and i would not do any thing about it.My car was not even inspected by any survey engineer or NIC.
