To Whom it May Concern On Tuesday September 1st, 2009 we had a reservation to fly from Toronto, Canada to Los Angeles, California on Flight 799 departing Toronto at 1200N. Reference NGJDVV, with connecting flights to San Jose, California. We arrived at the airport shortly before 11:00 AM in sufficient time to meet the one hour shedule.
