I can't believe that a company with such truly awful customer service actually continues to exist. It really does confound me... Diabolical is truly apt. The sales team pickup and take my bank details very quickly, My phone will arrive on Tuesday, Apparently. Tuesday comes but no phone, only a text message... "There is a problem with your order please call our "customer service team" on 0844 blah blah blah"...
