Horror- horror- horror! Our room was changed after I called to complain the toilet was filthy with feces, area around sofa and bed not vacuumed, sheets touching floor-not properly tucked (new policy it’s not mandated anymore??) as the manager explained and inspected first hand. However, the second room, for a second time the maintenance person had to vacuum around the sofa and certain areas of the living room.
