I have Rolf wheels made by Trek. The freehub on the back wheel needed replacement, so I called Trek Parts and asked them if they had a replacement. The Trek parts department person checked and said, "Yes", they had them in stock. I asked to buy one, but was told that I couldn't by directly from Trek, I had to use my local bike store. I took my wheel to a Trek bike store and asked them to order the part and install it. They keep trying to obtain the part, which I knew was in stock, but couldn't get it.
