I am a nokia E71 user. my memory card cant be read by the software inside my mobile. so, i went to NOKIA CARE at defence road abu dhabi. The queuing machine didnt work. So, I made a line until one half hours in front of an officer who has black skin and speaking arabic. maybe he is local or yemeni. Every new customers coming without making lines behind me, .. he accepted their collection papers. Until I asked him, when it would be my turn to get the service. And easily he said, I dont know.
