This is the only thing that I could have done, to vent my frustration all because of the great experience that I was put through by Sony Erricson service centre, Jayanagar 4th block, Bangalore. I purchased this k850i from Univercell, Madiwala in the month of Aug 08, so as usaul it had a manufacturer warranty of one year on it.
