During M/o May/June a call was received from idea call centre regarding description of value voucher plan.During conversation the lady from idea on other end use to ask me Mr.kulwant are you listening to me?, this thing happend 4 to 5 times during the call and I use to say yes.After some time the lady on the other end congratulated me for opting the value voucher plan and disconnected the telephone.I quickly understood that I have been cheated by asking the question Mr.kulwant are you listening to me ?4 to 5 times continuosly.My answer... read full review »
