I recieved my complete DVD, from DVDmd.tv, set of Will and Grace during the week of 9/22/08. The next week I called their customer service line to advise that the following disk were bad: Dis 1, 9 and 26. I called their customer service line each month as I had not recieved any replacement. I got the same feedback, "you will be sent out a new complete DVD". I asked what do I do with the 1st DVD set and I am told to just give it to the carrier!
