I made the mistake of purchasing their BlueRay BD-P1600. Called customer service 4 times now! Some BlueRay disc will play others will not, despite having the lastest firmware upload! Customer service has promised me 3 times now to send a disc in order to re-load all the firmware...almost 3 weeks, no disc even after repeated calls to the "executive level". What a joke! I was assurred an executive would call me...still waiting after 4 days...no call, no disc, no usefull player and now at 11:30 AM on 9/8, the executive level... read full review »
