After seeing Oprah's face on their online advertisement, I thought this product was trustworthy because Oprah wouldn't endorse just any fly by night product. I received the product approximately 2 to 3 weeks after ordering the trial bottle and within 1 week and a half my account was billed $84.62. After hours of being disconnected on their 1-800/1-866 lines, I finally got through.
