I ordered a sample product where it said you paid only for postage and packaging, yet I have ended up paying fees for something I didn't intend to subscribe to. The information on the site is not clear. You order from the US and recieve from VIV3 Ltd in the UK. No phone numbers reach them so there is no way of negotiating with them. I wish to stop further payments being taken from my account and I wish to get my money back as I have bought a product under false information. Don't fall prey to them.
