Order canceled on 11/2/08 - received shipment, charged credit card on 11/7. Customer Service phone number impossible to get through. Additional charges on 12/5 for $39.95, and 12/22 for 44.90 which were unauthorized charges for merchandise never received. Dispute notice sent to Credit Card company with note these were unauthorized and they are not authorized to charge one penny to my account. This 'company' should be put out of business and sued for refunds to all of us. read full review »
