I went to Massage Envy about a year ago because I heard it was fantastic! I will say that the massage was great. They talked me into signing up and told me I could cancel at any time. While I was away, I had called to ask about cancellation. The woman told me that I could cancel over the phone but I would have to call back. I called back to let them know that I do not have the money to make the payments every months so I would like to cancel. They kept trying to talk me into freezing my account.
