Purchased eye serum from this company. Product left white marks on skin. Company claims that they will give full payment back, no questions asked if not totally satisfied. Problem, you need a return authorisation number. I have spent 2 weeks emailing and phoning this company and still have not been able to talk to anyone to receive the number.
