I have never in my 32 years on this planet had such a nightmarish experience with a company. I can tell you the DAYS I spent on hold, the incompetence of their so called customer service, or that I felt like I was in the twilight zone with almost every conversation I had with them but why waste your time. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT EVER USE EXPEDIA.
