My Brother passed away in March, 2009 and I assumed responsability for his property in Phoenix. I was late on a payment of $17.49 June, I sent a payment of $50.00 in July which more then brought the payment current. In Aug I sent another payment of $100.00 which gave me a credit of $70.00. APS still shut off power on September 1st because they said they now require $210.00 deposite to continue service.
