I have a charge on my account from VISANET TERMINAL TRACESAN MATEO US. Which happens to be the same amount of my car payment that I made to a credit union using my NetSpend card. I called the credit union and they said they did not know of any holds etc. I called Netspend and they said they could not help. Anyone know anything about this???? read full review »
