Hi, I ordered the ebook on line and for an additionl $9.95 ordered the book and then cancelled everything - However, I did not get the hardcover book and yet was charged for S & H. I did get the refund minus the S &H charge and minus the hardcover book so my question is, will I be getting the4 hard cover book or a refund on the S & H? Please advise.
