I approved your mailing the Google Success Kit for $1.00, but I never received it. Now, you are charging $11.95, which is an unauthorized amount. Please refund the $1.00 and $11.95 charge. When I finally got through to you and your cumbersome answering service, I got nowhere, except a message from one of your cowboys that if I did not order it, I should file a police report.
