Basically, the new return policy for Barnes and Noble return retail stores is worthless. I bought 2 DVDs for my nephew as a gift, only to find out he already had one. I gave his mother the gift receipt and returned several weeks later to Barnes and Noble, only to find that their return policy is 14 days without a gift receipt. Did it matter that it was a gift, and that I had asked for a gift receipt? Not really. Could I get a store credit? Nope. No way. Why would I ever shop there when Borders and Amazon still know how to treat their loyal customers? Not a clue. read full review »
