Went to a Verizonwireless store to inquire about purchasing a plan for use at our cabin. We informed store that unless the phone worked we would need to cancel. We were told there would be no problem as long as it would be within 15 days. We returned the phone within 5 days and was refunded by the store the purchase of the phone. Within the next month we received numerous bills from $96 to $55. Contacted Verizon numerous times was told to ignore billing since it was printed after the date of return.
