I rented several books from Collegebookrenter.com. I was sent the wrong textbook although I gave them the correct ISBN. I have tried to call their customer service dept for a replacement but have only been able to get a voicemail. In the meanwhile, I have assignments due and no textbook. Needless to say I will NEVER, EVER do business with them again. If you are thinking about ordering from them, please save yourself a headache and go with Chegg.com or bookrenter.com...I wish I had. read full review »
