For the past two months there have been charges for premium text messages on one of my phones. After checking the name on the internet, I found a lot of other complaints about unauthorized charges. My provider "Verizon" new immediately the company I was complaining about. Verizon was gracious enough to credit my account for the charges and blocked the phone to prevent any further charges. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida State Attorney's office to see if they will take any kind of action against this company. read full review »
