I recently brought my mountain bike to Kinetik Cycles for a tune-up and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything without using any confusing technical terms. They worked efficiently yet thoroughly, and my bike has been running perfectly since. The shop had a welcoming atmosphere, and it was evident they genuinely care about their customers. The prices were reasonable for the quality of work provided.
