I received the trial package for $7.32, without being aware I would then have to pay $69.00 for an additional shipment. I called to cancel, but was told that I had to pay that amount. I called for a return number, but was told it was too late, that I had missed it by one day. I wonder where they count the number of days, from shipment or from receipt. They certainly cannot count from receipt. read full review »
