I ordered a Used Natural Gloss Washburn Guitar w/ a hard shell case from Musicians Friend. I excitedly opened my package the day it came. To my dismay the wrong guitar was in the case. So I called and told them what had happened and they said they would e-mail me some return labels. A day passes no labels e-mailed.
