I ordered the supposed free trial and they said because I did'nt check some box, whatever... chalked it up as bad decision. I called and supposedly canceled my subscription. The next month I have a debit on my account. I was on hold a total for of 145 min and counting... I can't believe that oprah endorses this company and their behavior. I have a feeling that I'm going to have to close my account just so that they will stop charging me for this service... I can't believe my bank won't do anything.
