I have booked for a double cylinder around 2 years back. On 8-sep-09 when I called the agency they asked me to come and give the documents anytime between 9 to 5 without even specifying the lunch timings. When I went at 1.30 to the agency office it was closed and timing which was written on the door read like this 9.00 to 1.00……1.00 to 2.00 lunch……2.00 to 5.00.
