I placed an order for a Tungsten C charger at the beginning of July 2009. They did not have the item in stock so, without consultation, sent me a car charger and a car charger/mains conversion plug. Well, I don't have a car and that isn't good enough. So I returned the item within 1 week, asked them for a refund, and have now sent numerous E-mails and a letter. They don't respond (as with another complaint listed here). It has now been 2 months and I haven't obtained my refund or had any contact with them. They are a very bad business!
