I was excited to recieve a 3-month Netflix gift certificate for my birthday a few weeks ago. I have never used Netflix before, but I had often heard good things about it. Well, my experience hasn't been so good. The very first DVD I recieved in the mail (disc 1 of a TV series) did not work on my DVD player. I tried it on another player and then on my computer and it still wouldn't play. I submitted a complaint to Netflix (online) and they said they would send out a new copy ASAP.
