I ordered product on line on 8/14/09 for a trial for .99. I was immediately billed. On 8/17/09 I recieved a phone call from Customer Service confirming my order and the terms and conditions of the order. I was provided a customer service number of 866-949-0138 and told I had 30 days trial of the product and would get a locked in price of 39.95 per order. The product did not arrive until after 15 days without a shipping invoice. On 8/31/09 my account was charged another $86.42 plus an additional .86 international tranaction fee.
