Very simple order submitted via there website. They duplicated the items, where my web page confirmation was correct, but email confirmation showed duplicates. Called customer service to have them delete duplicates, and got the runaround saying items come from a 3rd party, and I had to go thru RMA process, even though nothing had shipped. What a load of B.S. I have order in the past from Newegg no problems. As long as there are no 'problems' and you need customer service, newegg is ok, otherwise customer service is not where it needs to be. read full review »
