On the 13th of sept i ordered a strobe light from this website(www.total-music.com), the £85 for which was debited from my account on 20th sept, i waited 2 weeks without anysign of my strobe before i started to think somthing was up. i started to ring the number for the online store, i rung a few times everday, no one answered the phone and i left vairous messages, i also emailed, i had all but give up when on Tue 21st Oct someone answered the phone, he apolagised and sayed they were very busy and that he would get my strobe dispatched... read full review »
