Answering the phone, while trying to close the month, "Ronald" tells me he's from Yellow Blue Media, I'm being recorded and blah blah blah - I ask him to hurry this thru, as I'm busy - so after verification of my name/address/etc - I figure, yeah, send me whatever - I'll look at it when I've more time - next comes $745.00 invoice that I "authorized" during the call.
