My daughter just got ripped by these people...their $19.95 charge cost her $50 in overdraft fees. Luckily I work at the financial institution that her account is at. I looked up their terms of use and no "membership" or "membership fee" is mentioned. I told her to call them up and cancel the membership and demand a refund of this fee. If she needed to go higher than the CSR on the phone then ask for a supervisor and do not let up until they give her the money back.
