after receiving the "14 day trial" I immediately called and canceled when it showed that I would be charged x amount for keeping it. They gave me a number to write on the box and told me to get a delivery confirmation # Thank god I did that! Now they have charged my account several times, and I have received NO product. They want the # I wrote on the box, which I dont have, they do. They are telling me that all calls are recorded, but its funny how they have no record of me ever calling to cancel.
