this company offers a 30 day money back guarantee if your not happy. it didn't work after 10 days of use so to get your money back you first have to ask for a returns number. there is no phone number so you have to email. several emails over a 10 day period i had no reply. i had no choice as my 30 days would run out so i sent it back recorded delivery. they recieved it within the 30 days. i haven't had a refund and sent several emails. they received it on 18th august so i would expect to at least have a reply by now let alone my refund. any advice for what to do next? read full review »
