Fedex was to deliver software that I needed for my work. Delivery person came when I was home, but did not delivery the item the first time. Second time, delivery person came when I was not home, but said s/he had run out of notification stickies. Third time, delivery person said s/he placed notification sticker by bells, but no notification sticker was seen, either by this customer or by the super of our building. Took all afternoon to locate the package and arrange another delivery time. Station in Lawrence New York, dropped my call, and in addition, I had to call back.
