On 31 August 2009, I signed up for a free 7 day trial membership with free creditreport.com. I couldn't get on the site to tell them that I wanted to cancel and not have anything put on my credit card. I would like to complain about their lack of a phone number or a web site where people can go to cancel their services within the time limit given. I have 2 days left before creditreport charge my card. I don't want them to take anything out of my account. Please address this problem with them, because I do not believe that it is an oversight on their part. read full review »
