Received product on 8/27/09 and returned on 9/1/09, Tracking # 039-1140-0002-0944-4594. Called Customer Service on 8/28/09 and requested cancellation of all memberships and future shipments and was told it was cancelled as of this date. Received a charge on my credit card on 9/9/09 for another shipment, so I called again and spoke with Marc James and he assured me that my account was again closed.
